Insitec Voyager is a mobile laser diffraction particle size analyzer for use at- or on-line. A fully integrated system for solid and liquid particles in the size range 0.1 to 1000 microns, suspended in a gas stream, it delivers real-time data that give detailed insight into the process. It is an ideal tool for commissioning, process optimisation studies and troubleshooting, and especially valuable at multiple unit facilities. Simple to attach to any process line, all analytical procedures are fully automated and results presentation is easily customised. It is particularly useful for assessing the potential of a dedicated on-line system.
